I hosted my first ever workshop this week and it was a blast! 🙌

It was great seeing all those happy faces and sharing my skills and love for music with others.

Improvidra Does Snowdon at Night

On the 22nd July I take on the highest mountain in England and Wales at 1085m, at night alongside a small group of people from @mintelnews to raise money for the organisation called CALM.

@calmzone is a suicide prevention charity who provide life-saving services to people when they’re in crisis. The charity also campaign to raise awareness of mental health issues as sadly 125 lives are lost to suicide in the UK every week, and 75% of these are men.

My goal is to raise £345, that could help provide 43 potentially life-saving calls to the CALM helpline.
